Lunch that does not flatten the afternoon
A seminar lunch has one job beyond feeding people: not to ruin the two o'clock session. Ours are made on site, with local suppliers and what the season actually offers, and they are served outdoors on the terrace whenever the weather allows.
Seated, the château takes up to 20 guests and the Pavillon du Parc up to 150. Dietary requirements, allergies, vegetarian and vegan options: tell us when you book and it is handled without anyone having to ask on the day.
The evenings that matter
Maison Erisay for the dinner that has to land
For a year-end party, a conference dinner or an evening where you are hosting clients, we work with our catering partner, Maison Erisay. The menu is built with you and follows the season and the format, from a standing cocktail to a seated dinner for 150.
The estate's own honey, from the beehives in the grounds, tends to find its way into the menu, and into the cocktails when the evening calls for it.

The evening carries on where you want it
A cocktail-making evening with the estate's honey, a murder mystery across the lounges, a music quiz, karaoke, or simply an end to the evening in the lounges: the estate is yours until you decide to stop.
Questions about the food
Are the meals included in the price?
Yes, in every package: lunch in the one-day meeting, and all the meals listed in the two and three-day packages. An extra meal is 50 € excl. VAT per person.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Yes: allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and anything else you flag when booking. We would rather know a fortnight ahead than on the morning.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, for a specific format or an evening with a particular brief. The kitchen access and timings are agreed in advance during a technical visit.
Can you serve outdoors?
Yes, on the terrace or in the grounds whenever the weather allows, which in practice is most of the year from April to October.
