What actually changes
One group at a time on the estate
Most seminar venues an hour from Paris are hotels that rent you a room and a floor. You pass two other groups at the buffet, you hear the neighbours' sound system during your plenary, and in the evening your team dissolves into the lobby. Here, exclusivity is total: Monday to Friday we host one group, yours. No other seminar, no hotel guests, nobody else in the grounds.
In practice that means you can talk numbers in a lounge without watching the next table, leave your material in the room between sessions, run a loud team game on the lawn at four, and let dinner carry on until the conversation stops by itself. It is the difference between renting a space and having a house.
The working spaces
Three lounges in the château, a plenary in the grounds
The château was built between 1858 and 1863, but the rooms are equipped to work in 2026. The three lounges let you run workshops in parallel without leaving the building, and the Pavillon du Parc takes over as soon as the group goes beyond thirty.

A conference or an annual general meeting for up to 200 people, a strategy retreat over three days for a leadership team, a product launch as a midday reception, a vehicle presentation in the grounds with the château behind it. The estate does not change, the programme does.
The right radius
Why one hour, and not thirty minutes or two
Distance is not a logistical detail, it is a decision about the programme. We see enough seminars to know what the three cases produce.
Under forty minutes, the seminar does not happen
Everyone drives themselves, so everyone leaves when they like. One goes back to the office after lunch because it is close, another slips away at five for the school run, a third takes their calls from the car park. The team is physically present and absent for everything else. A venue that is too close creates no break, and the break is exactly what you came to buy.
Beyond an hour and a half, the calendar pays
Leave at half past seven, first session at ten, and on the last day everyone is watching the clock from three. On a two-day seminar you lose a useful half-day out of four, a quarter of what you budgeted. It is also the point at which people who live far away start to decline.
One hour is the only band where both hold
You leave the office at eight and the first session starts at half past nine without anyone getting up at dawn. In the evening, leaving at half past five puts everyone home before seven. And during the day nobody can nip back to the office: the break is real without being expensive.

By road, by train, or everyone in the same coach
By road, it is the A13 to the Vernon exit, then fifteen minutes of country road through the Vexin. By train, the Paris Saint-Lazare to Vernon-Giverny line is direct and takes 45 minutes, then our shuttle drops your group at the estate 15 minutes later, for 20 € excl. VAT per person return. By chartered coach, our partner collects everyone from your own address, from 4 to 150 people, from Paris, Rouen or Caen.

How many people can you welcome?
Ten to 30 people for meetings in the château lounges, up to 200 for a plenary at the Pavillon du Parc, and 300 to 500 outdoors standing. 10 bedrooms sleep 15 people on site, each in their own bed.
Is the estate really private for our group alone?
Yes, without exception. One group at a time, Monday to Friday: no other seminar and no hotel guests. It is what guarantees the quiet and the confidentiality of your discussions, and it is the only formula we offer.
Can we run a residential seminar with accommodation on site?
Yes, and it is the format that gets the most out of the place. 10 bedrooms sleep 15 people, towels provided, modern bathrooms and one room accessible for wheelchair users. Allow 410 € excl. VAT per person for two days and one night, 590 € for three days and two nights, meals included.
What does a seminar one hour from Paris cost?
Our rates are published rather than kept for the quote: 170 € excl. VAT per person for a one-day meeting, 410 € for two days and one night, 590 € for three days and two nights, 120 € for an evening, meals included. Minimum spend for exclusive use 2,000 € excl. VAT per event.
What if the weather turns?
The programme changes place, not content. The Pavillon du Parc and its 350 m² take the activities, the three lounges take the quieter formats. A January seminar gets the grounds under frost and an estate nobody else comes to.
Are you really an hour from Paris?
Yes from the west and the centre of the city: 1h10 from La Défense, Porte Maillot and Opéra, 1h05 from Levallois or Nanterre, 45 minutes from Cergy-Pontoise. From the south of Paris, allow 1h15 to 1h25, because you have to cross or go around the city.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The team hosts English-speaking groups and the whole stay can be run in English, from the first exchange through to the day itself.
