Why a private estate for a leadership team
Good decisions are rarely made between two meetings
A leadership team meeting at head office stays reachable, interrupted, pulled back into other meetings. Two days at the estate change the rhythm: you arrive together, you work in the morning, you pick the subject up again over lunch, and the discussion carries on at dinner.
The estate is cut for this format. With 10 bedrooms it sleeps 15 people, which is exactly the size of a leadership team. No other client is present: you can talk strategy, budget or reorganisation without watching the next table.

Night at the estate
When the meetings stop, the estate takes over.
The session ends at six. The stay does not. None of this is on the programme, and it is often what teams remember best.

The château's telescope comes out onto the lawn. Far from city lights, the Vexin sky does the rest.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can you take?
The format is built for 6 to 15 people, all sleeping on site, each in their own bed. The Pulligny lounge seats 18 in a U and up to 30 theatre-style.
Will our discussions stay confidential?
The estate is entirely private: no other group and no hotel guests during your stay. You have three lounges to move between a plenary and side conversations.
What does the price of 410 € excl. VAT per person cover?
Exclusive use of the estate for two days with the equipped lounges and the grounds, one night on site and the meals (50 € excl. VAT per meal). The shuttle, the activities and specific drinks are quoted separately.
Can we arrive the evening before?
Yes, an extra night is possible (120 € excl. VAT per person). Arriving the night before lets the first session start at 9am with no morning travel.
Can you organise activities?
Yes, built around your objectives. That ranges from coaching, to help your team tackle a difficult subject, to lighter formats: outdoor games, tennis, archery tag. Tell us what you want the day to produce and we build the programme with you.
