What you are booking
The whole place, and nobody else in it
The château was built between 1858 and 1863 by Félix Leclerc de Pulligny, in the neo-Gothic style: pale stone, carved dormers, corner turrets, a flight of steps that makes a natural stage. Alexandre Dumas stayed here, and one of the lounges carries his name. The cedar in the grounds is a century older than the house.
None of that would matter much for a seminar if the place did not work. It does: 30 people for meetings in the lounges, 200 for a plenary at the Pavillon du Parc, 15 sleeping on site, high-speed Wi-Fi everywhere including outdoors, and 35 parking spaces.
The lounges
Three rooms in the château, a plenary in the grounds
The Pulligny lounge takes 18 in a U, 27 at round tables and up to 30 theatre-style. The Dumas lounge takes 14 and the Monet lounge 10, which lets three groups work in parallel without leaving the building.
For the wider formats, the Pavillon du Parc and its 350 m² go up to 200 people facing a stage, and 150 for a seated dinner. Every room, every layout.
Sleeping and eating
Ten bedrooms and a kitchen that cooks
10 bedrooms sleep 15 people, each in their own bed, with modern bathrooms, embroidered linen and one room accessible for wheelchair users.

The grounds
Five hectares that are part of the programme
A walled park with a 250-year-old cedar, seventy varieties of rose, an arboretum, beehives, a heated outdoor pool and a tennis court. Outdoors the grounds take 300 to 500 people standing.
The ten-minute break in a hotel corridor produces nothing. The same break here, with people walking in twos and threes, unblocks subjects that had been stuck since the morning. See the grounds, the pool and the tennis court.
Questions about the estate
Where exactly is the estate?
At Vexin-sur-Epte, in the Eure, on the border between Normandy and the Île-de-France, fifteen minutes from Giverny and from Vernon station. It is the first real countryside after the Seine valley, which is what explains the gap between the travel time and the setting.
Is the whole estate private during our stay?
Yes. One group at a time, Monday to Friday, with no other seminar and no hotel guests. It is the only formula we offer.
Is there Wi-Fi everywhere?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi across the whole estate, including outdoors in the grounds, which matters when a workshop moves outside.
Is the estate accessible for wheelchair users?
One bedroom is accessible, and the ground floor of the château and the Pavillon du Parc are on the level. Tell us in advance and we will walk you through what is and is not possible.
