In a residential seminar the most useful time is often the time nobody scheduled: the morning coffee, the walk through the grounds, the conversation that carries on after dinner. At the Chesnay-Haguest everything happens on one estate, and that estate hosts nobody but you.
The bedrooms are bright, with embroidered linen and modern bathrooms, and the Monet and Dumas lounges take the late evenings. The three lounges let you alternate between plenary and workshops. For a bigger moment, the Pavillon du Parc becomes a plenary room facing a stage. Between sessions, the pool, the tennis court and the 5 hectares of grounds are open to everyone.

How far from Paris?
One hour and ten minutes from La Défense and from central Paris by the A14 and the A13, 40 minutes from Mantes-la-Jolie and 45 from Cergy-Pontoise. By train, allow 45 minutes from Saint-Lazare to Vernon-Giverny, then 15 minutes of shuttle. Night at the estate
When the meetings stop, the estate takes over.
The session ends at six. The stay does not. None of this is on the programme, and it is often what teams remember best.

The château's telescope comes out onto the lawn. Far from city lights, the Vexin sky does the rest.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can sleep on site?
15 people, each in their own bed, across the 10 bedrooms of the estate. For a larger group we can arrange partner accommodation nearby.
How is this different from a strategy retreat?
The residential seminar is for a team: cohesion, a project kick-off, the start of a year. The strategy retreat brings a leadership team together around deeper decisions. Same estate, different pace and different schedule.
What does 590 € excl. VAT per person cover?
Exclusive use of the estate for three days, the equipped lounges, the grounds, two nights on site (120 € excl. VAT per night) and five meals (50 € excl. VAT per meal). Activities and the shuttle are added according to your programme.
Can we extend to four days?
Yes, each extra night and meal is added to the quote. The Opti Digital seminar ran over four days and three nights.
Can you organise activities?
Yes, built around your objectives, from coaching through to lighter formats: outdoor games, tennis, archery tag. Tell us what you want the stay to produce and we build the programme with you.
