Corporate reception in the grounds of the château

Product launch

Launching a product somewhere that is not a hotel ballroom

A reception between midday and two, in an estate kept for your event alone.

The principle

The venue is part of the message

A launch is judged by what is left of it: a photograph that gets shared, a video that circulates, a sentence guests repeat. A conference room produces none of that. It is neutral, interchangeable, and it forces you to manufacture everything, from the set to the atmosphere.

Here the set already exists. Your guests arrive up a tree-lined drive, find a pale stone façade, and end up in 5 hectares of grounds with nobody in them but themselves.

The architecture

An 1863 façade as your backdrop

The château was built between 1858 and 1863 in the neo-Gothic style, and it is that writing that works for you: pale stone, carved dormers cutting into the slate roof, corner turrets, and a flight of steps that makes a natural stage.

Orientation matters as much as the building. In the morning the façade is still in shadow and the lawn lights up. In the early afternoon the light hits the stone head on, which is exactly the moment of a launch reception. Your photographers will not have to invent anything.

The schedule

Between midday and two, and it is done

  • 11.30am · ArrivalWelcome in the grounds, cloakroom and coffee. Guests coming from Paris left the office at half past ten.
  • 12pm · The talkFifteen to twenty minutes, outdoors in front of the façade or under cover depending on the season, then the reveal.
  • 12.30pm · Lunchtime receptionSavoury and sweet canapés served in the grounds, the product at the centre, your teams available for questions.
  • 1.30pm · DemonstrationsProduct workshops, hands-on trials or press interviews in the three château lounges, in small groups.
  • 2.30pm · DeparturesEveryone is back at their desk by mid-afternoon. For the team that built the event, 10 bedrooms are available on site if needed.

The numbers

Three hundred to five hundred guests outdoors

The grounds take 300 to 500 people standing, which no comparable Paris venue allows without charging twice as much. Indoors, the Pavillon du Parc and its 350 m² take over up to 200 people, which is your fallback if the weather turns, with no change to the programme.

The three château lounges, 10 to 30 people each, take the demonstrations, the product workshops and the interviews. The estate hosts one event at a time: nothing leaks before your announcement.

Questions about a product launch

How many guests can you take?

300 to 500 people outdoors in the grounds, and up to 200 indoors at the Pavillon du Parc if the weather forces the move.

Can we take over the whole estate?

It is the only formula we offer: one event at a time, no other group, no hotel guests.

What budget should we plan for?

The costing depends on the format, the caterer and the technical requirements, with a minimum spend for exclusive use of 2,000 € excl. VAT per event. Give us your date and your guest numbers and you get a proposal within 24 hours.

Can we bring our own agency and suppliers?

Yes. The estate takes your technical, catering and audiovisual teams. Build-up times, access and the constraints of the building are agreed during a technical visit.

How do guests get here from Paris?

One hour by the A13, or 45 minutes by train from Saint-Lazare to Vernon-Giverny then 15 minutes of shuttle. For a group, our partner charters a coach for 4 to 150 people.
